a) Red yeast rice

b) Nattokinase

• An enzyme (a protein that accelerates the body's reaction) extracted from Japanese food known as natto. Natto is a boiled soybean that has been infused with Bacillus subtilis bactria
• Help dissolves blood clots which helps maintain good blood vessel structure, improves blood flow, and lowers the risk of heart disease
